The Adventure Park Toblach promises fun and excitement for the entire family! While the young members of the family can gain their first climbing experience on routes at ground level, the sporty and venturous ones can check out their limits on the hard and tough courses.
On the baby course kids from 3 years onwards can gain their first climbing experience. It is a special route secured with nets all around and accessible without climbing harness. On 5 other courses that were particularly built for kids, climbing can be practised and fostered in a playful and funny way.
For all those climbers that have already some experience we have 4 routes in medium height with more demanding obstacles. The courses bring you up to 10 meters and require a combination of balance, cleverness and some strength. Big highlights are the climbing walls as well as many descents with the flying fox pulleys.
For the very sporty and experienced climbers we have 3 difficult routes with a great many of challenging obstacles in heights up to 12 meters! The elements request courage and quite a lot of strength, but with some smartness and climbing ability you’ll have a lot of fun jumping and swinging from one tree to the next one.
We recommend wearing closed footwear, e.g. sneakers or some sort of light trekking shoes. The clothing should not be new as it can get dirty during the activity (e.g. tree gum). We also suggest bringing some refreshments for in between with you.
First we’ll provide you with the safety equipment consisting of climbing harness with safety key, climbing carabiner and flying fox pulley as well as a climbing helmet. Than our experienced team of high rope guides will teach you during the mandatory instruction how to use the equipment properly. Only after exercising the handling of all that safety gear on the training courses, first on the ground and afterwards in low height you can climb on all the routes independently. Of course you can repeat them several times.
A stay at the Adventure Park is generally possible during most weather conditions. On sunny days it is very chilly and comfortable in the middle of the forest, on rainy days the trees protect us in large part from the rain – which means, climbing on rainy days is possible. Only during heavy showers and thunderstorms nearby we must interrupt the activity.
